Rhythmic Gymnastics

What is Rhythmic Gymnastics

Rhythmic Gymnastics is a beautiful Olympic Sport. It combines the grace and beauty of ballet and creative movements of music, while performing athletic tricks with apparatus such as ribbons, balls, ropes, and clubs. Flexibility, dance, concentration, eye-hand coordination, and aerobic exercise are some benefits of this truly unique sport.

You could find more information on Rhythmic Gymnastics in this Wikipedia entry.

Currently we offer Junior Olympic Rhythmic Gymnastics Program.

This program has been designed by USA Gymnastics Federation and instructed by Arzu Karaali [Olympic Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach and Choreographer].

The gymnasts registered for this program should have a commitment to continue the program for the entire training schedule and ideally have the goal of entering the competitive season in early 2007.
