International Performing Art & Culture Exchange Committee Application Form for USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic Rhythmic Gymnastics Program (Level 3) |
|
International Performing Art & Culture Exchange Committee is an American non-profit organization offers this program. For more information, please visit our web site www.interpeaceworld.org. Our purpose for offering this program is to introduce students to the beauty and grace of the art of Rhythmic Gymnastics. This program has been designed by USA Gymnastics Federation and instructed by Arzu Karaali (Olympic rhythmic gymnastics coach and choreographer).
What is Rhythmic Gymnastics? Rhythmic Gymnastics is a beautiful Olympic Sport. It combines the grace and beauty of ballet and creative movements of music, while performing athletic tricks with apparatus such as ribbons, balls, ropes, and clubs.
The rhythmic Level-3 program is the first evaluation stage in an athletes competitive development. The goal of the Level-3 program is to focus attention on skill development. The gymnasts who participate in this program will be learning Level 3 compulsory floor routines (please ask for the complimentary DVD), and they will have individually choreographed routines with ball and rope by Arzu Karaali. The gymnasts registered for this program should have a commitment to continue the program for the entire training schedule and ideally have the goal of entering the competitive season in early 2007. |
