In an effort to reveal to you all of your expenses, we want you to fully understand how much it will cost before you leave home. No hidden last minute fees or surprise costs.
The difference with our agency is that we have a quality service representative who speaks your language, here in the United States to assist you for orientation and with any other problems you might face.
Explanation of other charges:
¨ Home stay is your accommodation charge. You will be placed with a host family. ¨ Placement fee is one time charge for finding you a host family to stay with. ¨ Application fee is the charge that it cost for you to apply to the A.C.E. language institute and is non refundable. ¨ Who ever enters the USA for educational purposes is required to have health insurance.
Additional charges There will be an additional “agent service fee charge” that you will need to pay to the agent in your country who represents you. He will help you complete all the application processes (including your visa) and help you to choose the right session and will assist in all levels of planning.
Course schedule Level 1-5 each require 10 weeks, or two five week sessions to complete. Students may start their study at the beginning of any 5 week session. Students may repeat a level one time and still be in good standing. Level 6 involves participation in a university class and requires 10-15 weeks to complete. The Intensive English Course has between 20 and 25 lessons per week. Each lesson is 50 minutes long for a total between 1000-1250 minutes a week. Student may add 2-4 additional lessons at no extra in the form of various electives. Within each 5 week session up to 15 hours may be related to registration, orientation, placement testing, student evaluation or program ceremonies.
